The Department of Pharmacy Practice, Nirmala College of Health Science (NCHS), in association with the Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Kerala State Branch, organized a Poster Presentation Competition in connection with World Mental Health Day 2026 on 14th October 2026, from 2:45 PM to 3:45 PM at the NCHS Seminar Hall. The competition was conducted under the theme “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change.” The programme aimed to raise awareness about mental health, break the stigma surrounding mental health issues, and encourage students to understand and acknowledge the lived experiences of individuals facing mental health challenges. The event provided a platform for students to express their ideas creatively through posters and promote mental health awareness. The programme emphasized the importance of empathy, understanding, and creating a supportive environment for mental well-being.
