A Blood Donation Awareness Session was successfully organized on 17th June 2025 by the SSGP and NSS units of NCHS. The session aimed to educate students and staff about the importance of voluntary blood donation, its health benefits, and the role it plays in saving lives. The program included informative talk by Sadiqali C K, blood bank technologist, Apollo Adlux hospital, who addressed common myths and encouraged regular, safe blood donation. Sixth semester B Pharm students and faculties attended the session. Participants were also guided through the eligibility criteria and procedures involved in donating blood. The awareness class was well-received, fostering a sense of social responsibility and inspiring many to pledge their support for future blood donation drives.
