The IEDC Cell of NCHS organized an orientation session on DWMS CONNECT – Digital Workforce Management System (DWMS) Connect for S8 B.Pharm students on Saturday, 25th July 2026, from 9 am to 10 am at the Seminar Hall, NCHS. The session was led by Ms. Anitha V.R., Talent Curation Executive, K-DISC (Kerala Development & Innovation Strategic Council). The resource person introduced the students to the Digital Workforce Management System (DWMS) Connect platform and explained its role in connecting students with skill development opportunities, internships, employment prospects, and career-related services. Ms. Anitha highlighted the importance of creating and maintaining a professional digital profile on the platform and encouraged students to make effective use of the available resources to enhance their employability. The session also included guidance on platform registration, profile completion, and the benefits of engaging with various career development initiatives. The orientation was informative and beneficial, providing students with valuable insights into career planning and digital workforce management. The programme concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, where students clarified their queries regarding the platform and its features.
