During the seminar, Dr. Lekha highlighted important aspects of women’s reproductive health, focusing particularly on basic gynaecological issues commonly faced by women and the growing prevalence of Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD). She explained the symptoms, causes, risk factors, and possible complications associated with PCOD. The resource person emphasized the importance of early diagnosis, healthy lifestyle habits, balanced diet, regular physical activity, and timely medical consultation for managing the condition effectively. The seminar was highly informative and interactive. Participants actively engaged in the discussion and clarified their doubts during the question-and-answer session.
