An orientation programme titled "INNOVATIVE MINDS – Infinite Possibilities" was conducted on Tuesday, 26th May 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the NCAS Seminar Hall. The programme aimed to introduce students to the activities and opportunities offered by the Institution's IIC and IEDC. The session was led by two distinguished resource persons from Alshifa College of Pharmacy, Perinthalmanna. Dr. Sanal Dev, Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and IEDC Nodal Officer and Ms. Nikhila T, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacy Practice and Assistant Nodal Officer. The resource persons provided an insightful overview of the objectives, structure, and initiatives of IIC and IEDC. They highlighted the importance of innovation, entrepreneurship, creativity, and leadership among students. The speakers also explained the various programmes, workshops, competitions, funding opportunities, and startup support activities available through IIC and IEDC. The orientation motivated students to actively participate in innovation-driven activities and encouraged them to transform their ideas into practical solutions and entrepreneurial ventures. The session was interactive and informative, inspiring students to explore new possibilities for personal and professional growth. The programme concluded successfully with an enthusiastic response from the participants and a renewed interest in innovation and entrepreneurship.
