The National Service Scheme (NSS) of Nirmala College of Health Science (NCHS) celebrated World Food Day on 16th October 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Private Bus Stand, Chalakudy. The programme was organized with the theme, “Share Food, Spread Hope – Together for a Hunger-Free World.” As part of the celebration, NSS volunteers distributed pothichoru (packed meals) to people, spreading the message of compassion, sharing, and social responsibility. The initiative aimed to create awareness about hunger and food security while encouraging the spirit of kindness and community service. The programme reflected the commitment of NSS volunteers towards building a caring and hunger-free society.
