Mother's Day is an occasion which is celebrated in various parts of the world to express respect, honor, and love towards mothers. Volunteers of Women Empowerment Cell and NSS observed 15th May as Mother’s Day and visited Mariya Santhi Home, Muringoor to spend some quality time with the mothers. Twenty-five volunteers were accompanied by Ms. Niviya Rose and Ms. Athira Gopal, Assistant Professor, Nirmala college of health science. It paved a way for our students to acknowledge and appreciate the selfless love and sacrifices made by mothers. It also strengthened the bond between our institution and the community, enhancing the sense of social responsibility and empathy
